Care continues at R500 per month, billed in advance. It covers static website hosting and SSL within the agreed provider limits, availability and backup checks, a monthly link/enquiry check, and up to 30 minutes of small text or image changes each month. Unused editing time does not roll over.
Month-to-month care can be cancelled in writing before the next billing date. Service continues to the end of the paid period; we arrange an orderly export before hosting ends. Care does not include redesigns, new pages, advertising, email hosting or maintaining custom apps.

No monthly Silk subscription is included. You pay your chosen provider for hosting and domain registration/renewal. Future changes and ongoing maintenance can be quoted separately.

- One business, one language, one agreed visual direction and a written list of included pages. Up to five pages are included; the page list is agreed before payment.
- Responsive phone and desktop design, content arrangement, basic page titles and descriptions, and a clear enquiry journey.
- Your approved logo, services, contact details and images; two consolidated rounds of text and image corrections.
- One agreed contact route, such as WhatsApp, configured and checked before launch.
- Domain connection, launch checks and 30 days of corrections for defects in the delivered scope.
- Delivered website files after the project/setup fee is fully paid. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences.
What we scope separately
Online payments, product catalogues, booking engines, customer accounts, custom apps, integrations, AI services, advanced copywriting and additional pages require a separate proposal. Domain costs, paid imagery and third-party subscriptions are disclosed separately before you agree. There is no promise of a particular Google ranking or number of leads.
How the first 20 places work
The introductory rates apply to the first 20 qualifying South African website clients whose scope is accepted and initial payment has cleared. Silk confirms availability manually before issuing an invoice. There is no live availability counter on this website. One founding website offer per business.
International package prices are published in GBP for clients worldwide. The final scope, currency, payment schedule and local requirements are confirmed in writing. The founding ZAR website rates apply only to qualifying South African businesses.
From hello to launch
- Request. Pick your service and send your short brief.
- Agree. We confirm what’s included, the actual delivery date, any external costs and the payment schedule.
- Create. Once the scope is accepted, initial payment clears and content is ready, we build and share your preview.
- Refine. You review the work and send your consolidated changes.
- Launch. After approval and the final project payment, we run the agreed checks and launch or hand over.
Before-launch cancellation is reconciled against the agreed milestones and completed work, with any unearned balance returned. The written quote sets out the final terms before you commit. Advertised service prices are the total Silk service amounts; the invoice will identify the legal seller and applicable tax treatment.

Combining packages
Website + Care includes its monthly care plan. Brand Essentials, Content Studio and Workflow Setup can be added at their published rates. Studio Partner includes care and content; when chosen with Website + Care, only the Studio Partner monthly fee is charged. A handover website can add care by choice. Standard Website Care is for compatible business websites, not online stores or custom applications; those need a tailored support scope. Care-only and Studio Partner requests require an existing website URL for review.
