THOUGHT THROUGH, FROM THE START

Start with the
task. Build
from there.

The right app earns its place by making something easier. We start with a real workflow, agree who uses it and what they need to do, then make the core journey tangible before committing to a production build.

A prototype you can actually explore

Test a connected browser journey with realistic sample data. The Prototype Sprint includes up to five screens and one core journey, a review round, walkthrough and production brief. It is a design prototype, not a live production system.

A production scope with the details included

A production proposal addresses accounts, roles, data storage, integrations, backups, testing and support. These depend on the workflow and are priced separately from the prototype.

Useful for clients and your own team

Client portals can bring briefs, documents and approvals together. Internal tools can organise repeatable tasks and reporting. Booking tools can support service selection, intake and availability through an appropriate scheduling system.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful answers.

Is the Prototype Sprint a finished app?

It is a clickable browser prototype with sample data and a production brief. Live accounts, databases, payment processing, deployment infrastructure and integrations are separately scoped.

Can the app work on a phone?

The browser experience is designed for the screens your users need, including mobile where agreed. A native app-store application is a different scope and should be discussed before work starts.

Can you connect our existing tools?

Potentially. We first check the provider’s supported integration options, your account permissions and the data required. Provider subscriptions and usage fees are separate.

How do you decide what to build first?

We choose the smallest useful journey: for example, submit a brief, find a booking or approve a deliverable. The prototype tests that flow and exposes decisions needed for the production build.
